Apple iPod Touch games we love to play

My girlfriend's latest tech toy is an Apple Ipod touch. I had the privilege of using it too whenever we're together. The touch screen technology is really cool especially in the first instances that your finger tips come into contact.

The wi-fi feature is also great but I doubt if you would really enjoy surfing with it because of the size of the screen.

We both favor the games and has been competitive to most of it. Its really fun with the heckling and distracting and all that stuff while playing all of them

Here are our favorite Apple iPod Touch games. They are the free versions. Should you also like to play them, you can find them at the Apple Store.

1. Dactyl

This game needs fast finger-to-eye coordination in diffusing the bombs. Otherwise, all the bombs blow up.

This is actually the first game I played on her iPod touch and I was immediately hooked.

2. Scramboni

This online game will test your vocabulary skills and more. You need to get the correct word and at the same time place the red colored letter tile at the beginning or the end of the word. The fastest to get the correct word will be awarded the most points. The game consists of 20 rounds. It also has three levels and I have yet to reach level 3. It is disappointing when you are leading then all of a sudden you get disconnected.

3. Gaia Lite

This stand alone game is our most favorite. The object of the game is click the same kind of figures and has four levels. For the past few days we are breaking each other's mark. Although as of today, my GF is on the 50, 000 mark that I have yet to break. And I only got the chance to play the game when we meet this weekend. So she got more days to taunt me.

Aspiring for Acer Aspire™ One

Acer Aspire OneFor some time now, I have been contemplating on purchasing a laptop or a netbook. Ever since I saw ACER ASPIRETM ONE, I have began fancying it for my bloggin needs.

I even convinced my girlfriend to lend me some money in order to buy it.

That drooling perhaps led me to erroneously see its specs to be 80 Gig HDD. Where, in fact, the file storage capacity is either 8 GB SSD or 120 Gb HDD.

Just moments ago, I came by the Tech Fair at The Block SM City North Edsa. And there, the staff, dutifully corrected me. Sadly, the bubble of my fancy quickly burst.

I would really love to have the Aspire One - Microsoft® Windows XP® Home but my budget is enough for only the Aspire One - Linux.

That means I would need to wait some more to enjoy blogging with a netbook.

Risen Flash Drive

my flash drive

My flash drive became ill and was cured through the help of a guy who perhaps was named after the saint himself. Apparently, spirituality can also be drawn from technology.

I was finally able to go home after draining yet fruitful week of work. Unfortunately, I found out my handy flash drive was infected by a virus.

When I inserted it at the usb port, I was not able to view the files it contain. Right-clicking the same drive revealed a new option. Instead of the usual open option, the words I LOVE MY PEANUT replace it.

I tried to heal it by AVG but to no avail. Good thing it is not that harmful like the one that will restart your computer. I was still able to access the net and look for a solution.

I googled it and was led to Titus' Site. It says that the virus was originally called imgkulot and that what's in my flash drive is just one of its evolving names. Titus offered two solutions but the first one worked outright so the more complicated one was unnecessary.

I downloaded the anti imgkulot program and ran it in my PC. Then, I was rid of the virus and gladly accessed my files.

Thanks to Titus! :)

Happy Easter to All!
