The 18 year old native of Louisville Kentucky is the 60th title holder of the Miss World Pageant and the first Amercian winner since Gina Tolleson in 1990. Ms. Mills is a model prior to joining the pageant and dreams of becoming a teacher someday.

Held in Sanya, China, the Miss World 2010 result came as a surprise as other candidates are more favored to bag the title.
