Free Wifi Locations in Metro Manila

I just like to share the free wifi locations that I have tried here in Metro Manila.

Right now, I am at the The Block on SM City North Edsa, trying out its free wifi for the first time at the activity area.

A week ago, I was supposed to join the wifi testing here as a blogger registrant. Unfortunately, a more pressing matter got in the way. I was actually just killing time today, texting friends where I can hang out. While waiting for their reply, I saw a guy, using his laptop. That gave me the idea that SM management is offering free wifi to mall goers.

Another location I have tried is at Robinsons Pioneer in Mandaluyong. I think theirs was the fastest so far.

I was also a part of SM City Marikina Blogger's Event - WiFI Free Zone Testing last February. So I guess, the free wifi in that location is now implemented. That time the connection was slow and intermittent. Hopefully, now their free wifi is faster and better.

A lot of food establishment have long offered wi-fi connections but not free. You might like to check out free wifi on Burger King branches in various locations. You need to order so that you can confidently ask the cashier of the day's password... Unless you have the guts to ask other customers for the password of the day.
